I happened to be fortunate to meet Chad when I reached to Vantage Learning, for I was interested in using a product he represented. Both he and Jaclyn Ferry had met with me on Zoom various times. Although I barely knew Chad, he left such an impression on me. He emanated such positive energy and an air of serenity. Chad was always smiling during our meetings. My heart goes out to all of those who were fortunate to have worked and spend time with him. I'm truly going to miss seeing him in our Zoom meetings.

My dear, sweet friend Chad. We already miss you so much! They say that the people you work with can become closer to you than your own family members. Well sir, for the past 5 years you have definitely become part of my family. I will always cherish your kindness, thoughtfulness, and above all your humor! You will be my constant reminder to live each day to the fullest. We will toast to you every "tea hour" and I´ll keep a "fix" of chocolate covered raisins at my desk for you. Watch over us until we meet again.

Chad was like a father to me when I worked with him at McCann Associates. He would make every morning better. He was not only hilarious, but he taught me things that I wouldn´t have learned in any other professional role. His intelligence shined through in every aspect of his work. Watching him present made work enjoyable. He genuinely cared for his co workers, so much so I called him my work Dad. In the year we worked together I grew to know Chad had such was a great person, and loved his wife and son so deeply. I will never forget the pain I felt on Valentine´s Day after going through a breakup, and Chad brought me a box of chocolates to lift my spirits. It was little things like that, that he just did from the goodness of his heart. I will never understand why bad things happen to good people. If you knew him you were lucky. Chad quoted many movies and TV shows, but one that will be forever engraved in my mind is Tony Baretta "and that´s the name of that tune". I´ll forever be missing ya.
Love,
Melanie Kerr
