Mr. Charles Bernard Williams was born on November 24, 1972, in Smithville, Georgia to the late Juanita Ross and the late Raymond Ross. He was affectionately reared by Mr. Edd Ross. Charles attended the public schools of Sumter County, Georgia. He worked as a carpenter at Home Renovation Services (ShoRoom Flo) with his friend and co-worker, Kirby Thomas. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Lashonda Ross-Banks; and a brother, Raymond Ross, Jr. Charles died peacefully on Monday, August 18, 2025, in Lavonia, Georgia.
The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Green Grove Baptist Church in Smithville, Georgia.
Charles leaves beautiful memories with his devoted companion, Ms. Sharon Bady; his father, Mr. Edd Ross; his sisters: Cellia (Darrell) Storey, Sonya (Jonathan) Thomas, Aretha (Wayne) Ross-Hallmon, Teresa (Derrick) Monts, and Exie (Tony) Banks; one brother, Tommie Brown; neices: Aderica, Laquasha, Chasity, Miriah, Samaiya, Ebony, Jasmine, Sylexia, Imani, Kanija and Tommaria; nephews: Alex, Quashawn, Malik, (Amber), Jonathan Jr., (Kelsey), Reginald, Jarnesia, Braelin, Trevion (Madison), Camron, Bryan, Kendall, Antwan and Deondre; eight great-nieces, seven great-nephews; a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
