He is survived by his wife Judy (Conrad) Madden, their children Chris (Kim) Madden of Richmond and Elizabeth Madden of Berea. A sister, Laura Frances (Larry) Messer of London. He was blessed with two grandchildren, Helena Madden and Mia Rice.
In addition to his parents, Charlie was preceded in death by a son, Kevin Madden. As well as his siblings, James Madden, Carmon Edward Madden, Denver Madden, Alvin Ray Madden and Cleda Hafley.
Funeral Services for Charlie will be held at 2 P.M. on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at the Lakes Funeral Home in McKee. Burial will follow in the Botner Cemetery. Pallbearers include Michael Messer, Roger Madden, Shannon Madden, Marcus Messer, Chris Lynch and Chris Madden. Honorary Pallbearers, Larry Messer JR., Brian Messer, Justin Messer and Zachery Messer.
A visitation will begin at 12 Noon on Sunday the Lakes Funeral Home Chapel.
