Dale and Judy and her much loved grandchildren and great-grand children, I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to know such a wonderful God fearing woman. I simply started out cleaning for Charlie Dee, but through many years of conversations we learned of our relatives that we knew must have known each other in Delight. In the past three years or so our visits were more than my cleaning her house, we loved to visit and discuss life. Charlie Dee will be greatly missed in my life, but I will see her again in heaven. Dale and Judy, some of my earliest memories in life were times when Charlie Dee would come over to Mamaw and Papaws. All who knew her will understand why that is. She had called our house after the twins were born and talked to my wife Shannon who she had never met. Afterwards, Shannon said she felt like she had known Charlie Dee her entire life and wanted very much to meet her. She was very special, very loved and will be very missed by many. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

Oh, what a joy Charlie Dee was to us, when we were expecting our daughters! She, Ruth, and Dr. Ross made every medical visit special, and fun! A lot of happy memories, Melvin working for Bill at the plant, taking our daughters to see the BIG dog at your Granddaddy's, stopping in with the sick kiddos to get medicine from your Granddaddy Morris. Wishing you and your family all the best. Janie Wilkins
