Funeral services will be 1 PM Monday, January 29, 2024, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Reverend Jeff Rasnick will officiate, with burial to follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors 11 AM until service time Monday at the funeral home.
She was born April 13, 1947, in Mobile, Alabama, to the late Obie and Mary Elizabeth Enloe Hopkins. She was of the Protestant Faith and loved to work in her garden and flowers. She and her husband moved to Shelbyville, in 1986.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Loren Stelzer and a daughter, Marcella Swallows; brothers, Stanley Hopkins and Eddie Hopkins.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Robert Stelzer; daughters, Muriel (Billy) Jones, Katrina (Hyatt) Green, Camilla (Justin) Smith, and Rosetta (Adam) Shelby; a brother, Wally Hopkins and a sister, Debra (Wesley) Hughes; twelve grandchildren.
Charlotte would be honored with memorials to American Heart Association.
Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.
