Chase Garrell Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Groce Funeral Home & Cremation Services - West Asheville on Oct. 17, 2024.
In loving memory of Chase Edward Garrell, born on January 15th 1996. He is preceded by his father, Morris Robert "Robbie" Garrell, his maternal grandfather, Robert "Bob" White, his paternal grandfather, Morris Garrell, and his adopted mom, Teri Pack, who had the greatest gift of being able to walk in Heaven with him.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Tammy Watson (Alan); brothers, Cody Garrell (Katie) and Corey Garrell (ShaeLynn); sister, Shawna Phillips (Rocky Cain); grandparents, JoAnn Palmer (Geoff); grandmother Fran White; sister-in-law Claudia Garrell; nieces, Aubrey, Airanna and Ameila; and nephews, Maddox and Everett. Along with many aunts, uncles and cousins, and his best friends, Tyler Hipps and Marissa Pack.
Chase touched the lives of so many people including family and friends in Florida, his Expertech Family, along with his
Saturday cookout family. Chase could always light up a room and make everyone smile. He was a fierce and loyal friend and would have your back no matter what. He was selfless and always willing to help.
A celebration of life in North Carolina and Florida will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, consider making a donation to Harwood Home for Funerals in Black Mountain for Fred and Terri Pack.
We would like to extend a special thanks to Wade Wright, Kevin Craig, the staff of Garren Creek Fire Department, Buncombe County Task Force II, Alabama Task Force, and the Vermont Task Force for all their search efforts. Also, special thanks to our new friends from Rutledge, TN with the Blaine Volunteer Fire Department. You have all touched our lives in ways we can never put into words.
Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue is assisting the family.
