Chasity Jane Williams, age 40, of Chapmansboro, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, December 6, 2024, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. She was born on February 25, 1984, in Nashville, Tennessee, to Michael Williams and Linda (Conner) Williams. She worked as a nanny. She enjoyed making baby quilts. Chasity was an avid reader and travelled to book conventions all over the country. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Vernon and Barbara Williams and Nannie Conner; and great grandparents, Dewey and Roxie White, Joe Williams and Beatrice Green, and Marshall and Martha Morris. She is survived by her parents, Michael and Linda Williams; brothers, Eddie Williams (Alex), Stephen Williams (Danielle), and J.T. Titus; sisters, Jaleesa Johnson (Bobby) and Christy Patterson (Joe); nieces and nephews, C.J. Hampton (Samantha), Roxie Ward (Robby), Makynzi Williams, Riley McClendon, and Abel Williams; 11 godchildren; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral service will be Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 1pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with J.T. Titus and Jeff Binkley officiating. Burial will follow in Williams Family Cemetery in Chapmansboro, Tennessee. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 11, 2024, from 4pm to 8pm and Thursday, December 12, 2024, from 10am until the service hour of 1pm. Serving as pallbearers will be Critter, Eddie, Stephen, Joe, Bobby, Andrew Timothy, David Joseph, and Michael Andrew. Honorary pallbearers will be Spencer and Hagen. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center.
