Mrs. Cheryl Conerly

Mrs. Cheryl Conerly was born July 4, 1969, in Saginaw, Michigan the daughter of Floyd and Lucy (Rives) Wilson. She passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024, at the age of 54.
Cheryl graduated from Arthur Hill High School in Saginaw, Michigan in 1987. She received her associates degree from Saginaw Valley State University and as of 2018 was a certified Phlebotomist. She was a resident of Saginaw, Michigan and a longtime member of Mount Olive Institutional Missionary Baptist Church until 2005 when she and her family moved to Brunswick, Maryland. At her time of death she resided in Jackson, Georgia. She was an avid reader and enjoyed playing games, participating in her book clubs' activities, watching movies, and spending time with her family and loved ones.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving and devoted husband, Keith Conerly; two children, Keith (Emily) Conerly II, Jacksonville, FL; Kori (Malik) Bouie, Indianapolis, IN; four grandchildren; Kosima Conerly, Myles Bouie, Kyan Bouie, and Kaizen Conerly; mother, Lucy Wilson Saginaw, Michigan; one sister, Lillian (Rodney) McCall, Falling Waters, WV; three brothers, Ricky (Beveline) Wilson, Saginaw, Michigan; Rodney (Sheri) Wilson, Goodlettsville, TN; and Vincent (Tajuana Richardson) Wilson. Saginaw, Michigan; one goddaughter, Lauryn Smith; her best friend, Theresa Smith; a host of nieces and nephews including Ricky Wilson Jr. and V'Quantae Wilson; and other relatives and friends.
Cheryl Conerly was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Wilson; two brothers, Reginald Wilson and Floyd Wilson II; one sister, Debbie Wilson; her father-in-law, George Conerly; and 12 aunts and uncles.
Cheryl's love, energy, and giving nature will be genuinely missed to the many that loved and cherished her.
Funeral service will take place at 1:37 p.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at Mt. Olive Institutional Missionary Baptist Church, 1114 North 6th Street, Saginaw, MI 48601. Pastor Joshua M. Daniels, Host Pastor and Dr. Marvin T. Smith will officiate. Visitation will take place from 12:37 p.m. until the time of service.
