Mrs. Cynthia Cheyenne Wallace Horton, 51, of York, SC, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, April 3, 2025.
The family will receive friends from 1:30-3:00 PM on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at Hillcrest Baptist Church, located at 2020 Hillcrest Rd., York, SC 2974. A memorial service celebrating Cheyenne's life will follow at 3:00 PM, with Pastor Brad Vassey officiating.
Cheyenne was born on October 11, 1973, in Spartanburg, SC. She was a devoted wife, mother, "Ema", daughter, and sister, whose kindness and warmth touched the lives of many.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Roy "Scott" Horton; her cherished children, Michael Scott Horton, Emily Grace Stout and Aaron Nicholas Stout, and Hannah Cheyenne Horton; and her adored grandchildren, Aisla Rose Stout and Wesley Aaron Stout.
Also mourning her loss are her parents, Kevan Wallace and Cynthia Morgan Wallace; her siblings, Jeremy Wallace and Carrie Ballard (Ryan); and her brother-in-law, Ron Culbertson. She was preceded in death by her dear sister, Heather Culbertson.
Cheyenne will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her generous spirit, and her steadfast devotion to Christ and His church.
