Holladay, Utah -
Chris David Horsley passed peacefully at home on May 30, 2022.
He was born to Gordon Horsley and Shirley Townsend Horsley on January 6, 1955.
He was a big brother to Julie (Keith) Pugmire and Scott (Tracy) Horsley and his half sister, Jen Garner (Dave) Hall.
Chris was preceded in death by an older brother, Jimmy Horsley, and his first wife Linda Larson.
Chris lived large and laughed easily. He often said he was never bored. He modified many tools, created faces out of random objects, and accumulated. Motor cycles, Tools, Rubber bands, Twist ties... Everything. He was the self proclaimed King of the Pack Rats.
Chris coached Little League, some of his favorite years.
Chris loved being loved by the Brewer family.
Chris had a deep love of music, "anything with a bass". His greatest passion was Blues. He was a proud member of the Utah Blues Society. Please consider attending the Utah Blues Society Festival, June 10 and 11 at the Gallivan Center in his honor. http://www.utahbluesfest.org/
Chris also loved Harley Davidsons, sports, and his close friends - David Aguirre, Jim Leppard, Brett Hardy, Don Childs, Danny Rice and Ryan Halford.
He leaves behind his wife, Sue, his step children Mandy and Aleta and his dogs, Tondo and Lola.
Chris and Sue are very grateful for staff on the 12th floor at IMC and for Inspiration Hospice.
A memorial wake will be held at a later date.
