I'm so sorry for your loss. I went to the Westside Freewill Baptist for a time and also Mike's church. You have a family to be proud of with your service to the Lord. God Bless and comfort you.

I'm one of the McCoy's from Arkansas. The Ledbetter family were great neighbors. The McCoy family still calls the farm, the house and the giant pond where they lived the "Jack Place and the Jack Pond. I was too young to remember the family living there, but all my family speak fondly of the Led better family. Chris was a wonderful woman who loved God with all her heart, it was very obvious. She was a great emcee for her family wherever her family sang. The same goes for her love for her husband. My mother, Linda Kay McCoy and Garry were very close in age, and she dearly loved going to hear the Ledbetter Family sing. I can't count the miles we traveled to hear them sing. I know Chris is Strolling Over Heaven with one hand in the hand of Jesus and the other taking terns with each of her family members. Danny you are the only one left. The McCoy Family has 3 remaining family members that tell Ledbetter stories! My prayers are for Chris' family and especially you Danny. You have had some heartbreaking losses during this past year. May God richly bless all of you!

My mother was in the hospital at the same time that Mrs Leichner was many years ago, and her family came in and began singing together. Mom was so moved by the impromptu concert that she shared the memory for many years. May the memories that linger be those of joy and laughter. Our thoughts and prayers,
