Chris P. Noel

Chris P. Noel, age 55, of Hanover, peacefully passed away at home on November 16, 2025.
Chris was born in Hanover, PA on October 13, 1970 and was the son of Ronald J. and Judith A. (Myers) Noel. He graduated from Delone Catholic High School Class of 1988 and as in IT Tech Support at Buchart Horn in York. He was a member of the McSherrystown K and the New Oxford Social Club. He enjoyed the outdoors; hiking, camping, exploring. He loved his pets, especially dogs. He was also an avid Dr. Who fan, and enjoyed science fiction.
In addition to his parents, Chris is survived by his siblings Deanna Brown and husband Joe and Sean Noel and wife Amy; his nieces Elizabeth Worley and husband James, Madelyn Noel, and Mya Noel; his nephew Eric Bowersox and fiancé Liz Wolff; and his great-nephews Aaron Worley and Ronin Bowersox. He was preceded in death by his nephew Zachary Noel.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Chris' Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 1:00PM at Sacred Heart Basilica, 30 Basilica Dr., Hanover, PA 17331 with Rev. Dwight D. Schlaline as celebrant. Interment will be private. A viewing will be held on Tuesday from 11:30AM – 12:30PM at Murphy-Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., 501 Ridge Ave., McSherrystown, PA 17344.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Chris' memory may be made to the Adams County SPCA, 11 Goldenville Rd., Gettysburg, PA 17325.
