Guest Book
A Celebration of Life for Chris Richardson, 87, resident of Broken Arrow, formerly of Enid, will be 1:00 pm, Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery with full military honors provided by the United States Marine Corp Honors Team. Chris's grandson Hayden Martens will honor his grandfather with the playing of Taps.
Chris was born in Soper Bluff, Oklahoma, on September 21,1938, to James and Myrtle (Sally) Richardson, and passed away November 11, 2025, in St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa Oklahoma. Chris was the eleventh of twelve children. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp from 1955-1961. He began his career in the HVAC business in 1967 with Cal-Air in California and retired as Vice President of Luckinbill Inc. in 2005, after 25 years. Following his retirement, he enjoyed his love of gardening, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends.
He is survived by Patty, his wife of 42 years; his children Cindy Bittle and husband Tom, Neil Martens and wife Tammy; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Chris was proceeded in death by sons, Mark and John Richardson, and eleven siblings.
Memorial contributions in Chris's name may be made to the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
