Chris Walls

CORDELE, GA - With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Chris Walls, age 59, on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at Crisp Regional Hospital. The family will hold a private service in his honor.
Chris was born on August 9, 1965, in Cordele, Georgia, to the late Charlie Delmar Walls and Leola Elizabeth Goodman Walls. He was preceded in death by his brothers Johnny, Randy, and Jeff Walls.
Chris inherited his mother's passion for antiques and junking, finding joy in refinishing and painting his discoveries. His family fondly remembers him as an artist at heart, with a thoughtful, kind, and generous spirit who had a contagious laughter. He also cherished the thoughtfulness of others in the form of gifts.
He is survived by his brother Don Walls and his wife Jenny Lynn of Buena Vista, GA, and his sister Nedra Scarborough and her husband Gerald of Cordele, along with a special friend, Carlos Begglo of Houston, TX. Chris is also lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews: Shelby Walls (Trevor), Jeffery Ragan-Walls (Lo), Jared Walls (Stephanie), Kassidy Belcher (Colby), Shana Nichelson (Austin), Shaun Walls (Jessica), Brian Scarborough (Deena), David Scarborough (Michele), and Del Scarborough (Johanna).
