CORDELE - Kenneth Jeffrey Little went to be with the Lord on the morning of August 11, 2025, at the age of 72. He passed away at his son's home surrounded by family.

Funeral services will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2025, in the chapel of Hughes & Wright Funeral Home. Friends and family are welcome to visit starting at 2 p.m. before the service. He will be laid to rest at Zion Hope Cemetery Annex in Crisp County.

Ken was born in Boston, Georgia, to the late David Felton Little, Sr., and the late Frances Aleen Johnson Little. He was also preceded in death by his adopted father, Ira Little, and his brothers, Gary Little and Wayne Little.

For more than thirty years, Ken served as Maintenance Director and Facility Coordinator for the Crisp County School System, where his dedication and hard work touched many lives. At home on Primrose Bridge Road, he found joy in the simple things-watching the birds, deer, and other wildlife that wandered by. And, of course, no visit was complete without hearing one of his legendary stories about Sasquatch or owls as big as a 10-year-old! Those tales will be missed just as much as the man who told them.

Ken was a devoted husband to Marsha Sue Goodman Little for 53 wonderful years. He leaves behind his wife, Sue, his son Shannon Little (Tracy), and his daughter Lisa Branch. His four grandchildren-Kaitlin Davis (Banks), Kendan Laney (Taylor), Gaige Little, and Rylee Little (Cameron Coleman)-were the light of his life. Ken was also looking forward to the arrival of his great-grandchildren, expected in December 2025 and March 2026.
