Christina A. Raccio, 85, of West Haven, CT, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2025.
Born on December 6, 1939, in New Haven, CT, to the late Michael Eannotte and Anna Zimbardi, Christina was predeceased by her beloved husband of 24 years, Anthony J. Raccio, Sr.
Christina's greatest joy was spending time with her family, which she cherished deeply. She is survived by her four daughters and one son: Christine (Ronald) Turcotte, Annamarie (Garrett) Hart, Carol Raccio, Tracy Raccio and Anthony (Lindsey) Raccio. Grandsons, Joshua, Jacob, and Nicholas, and Brandon, Granddaughters, Marissa, Amber, Michelle and Shyanne. Great grandchildren, Kendrick & Myles Hart and a third great grandchild on the way, due in April.
A lover of animals, Christina will also be remembered for her devotion to her 16-year-old cat, Mimi. She had a passion for games like bingo and Yahtzee. She was known for her culinary talents in baking and cooking. Her homemade anginettes and spinach pies were favorites among family and friends. She also had a special fondness for Hallmark movies.
Christina will be greatly missed by all who knew her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to gather for a visitation on Monday, March 24, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Keenan Funeral Home, 238 Elm St., West Haven. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, March 25, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Lawrence Cemetery, 280 Derby Ave., West Haven.
