Christopher C. Batka, 59, passed away February 9, 2026 at Marshfield Medical Center, Weston.
He was born May 6, 1966, in Chicago, Illinois. He served his country in the United States Army. On July 23, 2022 he married Rebecca “Becki” Nordrum.
Survivors include his wife, Becki Batka; his son, Christapher Batka(Ashley) and his grandchildren; his stepchildren, Cody Alsteen (Abby and Cooper) and Tianna Daniels (Joseph); his father figure, boss, mentor, and close friend Joe Jordan (Peg); and many of his close friends.
Chris was known for his strong work ethic, generous heart, and unwavering loyalty to the people he loved. He found joy in working with his hands, especially restoring cars, a passion he developed over many years. He loved spending time outdoors and cherished fishing dates with his wife, Becki. Chris had a way of making those around him feel supported and valued, whether through a helping hand, shared laughter, or quiet companionship. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A celebration of life will be at a later date. No services will be held at this time.
