Christopher Alan Dedrickson
September 26, 1969 - July 29, 2024
Christopher Alan Dedrickson, affectionately known as Canoe, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on July 29, 2024 at the age of 54.
Chris lived a life of passion and adventure deeply valuing his relationships with family and friends. Known for his storytelling, he often shared tales of his exploits, particularly his memoriable canoe trip down the Mississippi River. His hands were rarely still as he was adept at fixing and creating, skills that brought joy to those around him. Chris also cherished the outdoors with a special love for playing Vintage Baseball and spending time on the water.
He leaves behind his daughters, Mikaela (Marshall) Pampkin and Samantha Dedrickson; brother Sean (Leah) Dedrickson; and his girlfriend Jeannine Norris. Chris also leaves a legacy of love among many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sheilah (née Hughes) and Donald Dedrickson.
Chris' life was a testament to the power of positivity and the joy of crafting a story through both words and deeds. His legacy will continue to inspire and influence all who knew him.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
