It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Chris Guillory, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, who departed from this world on October 10, 2025, at the age of 53. Born on December 24, 1971, in Jasper, Texas, Chris was the cherished son of Lester and Jo Ann Guillory, who preceded him in death.
Chris grew up in a loving environment that instilled in him the values of family and friendship. He graduated from Colmesneil High School, where he began to forge the character that would define him throughout his life. His warmth and kindness made him a friend to many, and his laughter was a comforting presence to all who knew him.
On October 28, 2000, Chris married the love of his life, Stacie Guillory, in a memorable ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada. Together, they created a beautiful family, welcoming their son Jack and daughter Ryan into the world. Chris was a devoted husband and an incredibly loving father, always eager to support and encourage his children in their endeavors. He took immense pride in their achievements and was their biggest cheerleader.
Chris is survived by his beloved wife, Stacie, his son Jack, and his daughter Ryan. He is also survived by his brothers, Brian, Tony, and Richard Guillory, as well as his sister, Leslie Teel. The bond of family was paramount in Chris's life, and he cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. He was known for his loving nature and ability to bring people together, often hosting gatherings filled with laughter, good food, and heartfelt conversations.
A true Texan at heart, Chris was an ardent fan of the Houston Astros and the Houston Texans. He could often be found grilling in the backyard, enjoying the camaraderie of family and friends while sharing stories and laughter. His passion for grilling was only matched by his love for his family, creating memories that will be cherished forever.
Chris's gentle spirit and loving demeanor made him a beacon of light in the lives of those fortunate enough to know him. He will be remembered not only for his laughter and joy but also for his unwavering support and encouragement.
