Christopher “Chris” Keyes passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025. Born to Bill Keyes and Susann Ray Keyes on February 20, 1978, in Maryville, Missouri. He enjoyed growing up on a small farm, had a paper route in town, and played soccer. Prior to his eighth grade year, the family moved to Branson, Missouri. Chris stayed active in football and track and held a variety of jobs throughout high school. He went on to earn his bachelor's degree from Missouri State University and later completed his MBA at Washington University.
Chris is survived by his beloved wife of 20 years, Megan Keyes, and their three sons: Connor, Jackson, and Ryan. He is also survived by his parents, Bill and Pam Keyes of Branson; his brothers, Jeff (Karen) Keyes of Denver, Colorado, and Matt (Beth) Keyes of St. James, Missouri; and his grandmother, Jane Snell of Branson, Missouri. He is also survived by his father-and mother-in-law, Tom and Carol Dill; his brother-in-law, Mike (Laurie) Dill; his sister-in-law, Marissa (Joe) Lippmann; and his brother-in-law, Matt (Laura) Dill of St. Charles, Missouri; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. Chris was preceded in death by his mother, Susann Elaine Keyes, and grandparents Earnest and Twyla Keyes; B.J. Ray Jr. and Mary Ray; and Dr. M.A. Snell.
A devoted husband, father, and man of faith, Chris's love for the Lord was evident to everyone who knew him. He cherished the outdoors. He especially loved spending time with his family, cheering on his sons at soccer games and traveling.
Professionally, Chris built a successful career in logistics and strategic sourcing with 20 years at Boeing and more recently at Hubbell. He made and maintained many friendships over the years and had a passion for mentoring others. He was an innovative leader: quick-thinking, skillful, and highly respected in his field. Known for his sharp wit and joyful spirit, Chris brought energy and insight into every conversation.
