Christopher Love Obituary
Christopher "Chip" Love was born at District Memorial Hospital in Andrews, N.C.
He was a native of Andrews, graduated from Andrews High School and Tri-County Community College.
Chip had been in declining health the past decade yet he continued to compose and play music as well as build audio components and computer programs.
He was preceded in death by his father. E.V. Love; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. V.G. Love, and Mr. and Mrs. Max Killian.
Chip is survived by his loving wife, Nina Sharp Love; his devoted mother, Connie Killian; and two half sisters, Emily Pigott and Edye Ware.
Per request there will be no memorial service. His cremains will be interred at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 582 Greenlawn Cemetery Road, Murphy, NC 28906.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to Andrews Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 440, Andrews, NC 28901 or The Gideons International, P.O. Box 164, Murphy, NC 28906 or Valley River Humane Society, 7450 U.S. 19, Marble, NC 28905.
Ivie Funeral Home, Andrews, is in charge of all arrangements.
