Chris was a standup dude, always laughing and chilled, I have known the Lydens since middle school. My prayers go out to Brett and to Mrs. Lyden.

My deepest condolences to the family. Thank you, Chris for all of the fun talks we had and the friendship we developed over the years (and beers) at Birra's. You will never be forgotten and you will be greatly missed.

I was saddened to hear of Chris's passing, and I wanted to let you know you are in my thoughts and prayers. It is difficult to find words to comfort you; I have never lost a child or sibling. My hope is that you find comfort in God's sustaining grace and the love of family and friends. My prayers will continue to be for your comfort and healing as you face the days ahead.

To Chris (& your beautiful family).. I didnt know you but this I do know. You were so loved and will always be loved and missed. Your mom is such a loving caring Christian lady. She spoke so highly of her children and looked forward to her time with you. Bob loved you dearly too. Family is so important to them. As a friend of your parents for many years, my heart breaks at the sadness and grief they must feel. You are in a safe place, a place where there is no pain. Matthew 5:4 Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.

Chris was probably one of the nicest people that I have ever met. He could put a smile on anyones face. Even after a long hard day at work I always looked forward to going across the street to Birraporettis to see Chris. He will be truly missed.
