Beloved son of John and Linda (nee Coop) O'Meara; and loving brother of Nicholas (Raquel) O'Meara, Caitlin O'Meara (Nick Nolte), and Kasey O'Meara.
Chris was a gentle soul and a friend to all. He loved working on classic cars and trucks, fabricating anything with a motor, watching the History Channel, gaming, traveling, and gardening. Chris was known by many for his passion for cooking, but most of all he loved spending time with family, friends, and his dog GiGi.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Microscopic Polyangiitis Foundation or the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association
Visitation Wednesday, July 31, 2024, from 3 PM until time of Funeral Service 7 PM at Hickey Memorial Chapel 4201 W. 147th St. Midlothian, IL 60445.

Sweetest friend always down to have a good time and drag friends around to be in on the fun. Even if you were sleeping he would bring you outside to be part of whatever was going on lol funny. Ridiculous at time but such a great heart and always smiling. My thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family! Great friendship!

My condolences to the family of Chris. My prayers are with you all, especially to Mr. and Mrs. O'Meara. I have so many wonderful memories with Christopher as a child... from riding bikes together, to watching him and the boys playing street hockey, but most of all, I remember his kind smile and warm heart, always a great friend. Chris came to pick up sister from my house.I was cooking dinner when he walked in.He said what time is it gonna be done?I told him and he said I´ll be back,He came back for them when food was done.
