On the 23rd day of January, 2025, while snow still surrounded all in a beautiful dream, devoted father and husband, Christopher Lee Roussel of Madisonville, LA, left this world in a heart wrenching way. He was born May 10th, 1990 in New Orleans, LA.
Christopher is survived by his 5 beautiful children, Brianna, Alexandra "Skye," Leo, Quinn and Damien; his loving wife, Rebecca; and a host of siblings, friends and Marine Corps brothers and sisters.
In lieu of flowers contributions in memory of Chris may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project at http://www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
For those friends and relatives who would like to pay their respects, tell a goofy story about some insanely "Christopher thing" you remember him doing, like the time he ran the levee during a hurricane, or just spend time with those who loved him so much and are missing him fiercely, you are invited to attend the funeral services at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue, Covington, Louisiana on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 1:00 PM, with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM until service time.
E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, locally owned and operated, is honored to be entrusted with Mr. Roussel's funeral arrangements. His family invites you to share thoughts, memories, and condolences by signing an online guestbook at www.ejfieldingfh.com.
