Cinderella McGilberry-Dorsey

Cinderella Dorsey was born on October 29,1936 in Ellisville, MS to the late Henry & Fannie McGilberry. She was the youngest of four children.
On July 13, she entered her heavenly home to be with the Lord. She was proceeded in death by her parents Henry and Fannie McGilberry; brothers Bill McCarty, George McGilberry, and Henry Lee McGilberry.
She remained in Ellisville during her adolescent years and completed school at Benson High School. She later relocated to Biloxi, MS and eventually settled in Gautier, MS. She was a proud and active member of the Ladies Auxiliary. She was a member of Union Baptist Church of Pascagoula, MS. She was a mother to all and always welcomed family and friends with open arms.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her sons, Billy (Cynthia) McGilberry and Carl McGilberry and a bonus daughter Samantha Owens.
She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Shandra (Brandon) Clausell, Telly Hyde, Billy (Lakisha) McGilberry, Booker Rankins, Ka'Shon Taylor, Cartilia (Jason) Walters, Willie (Gartina) Hurst, Malika McGilberry, Erica Hurst, Antuan (Andrikia) Hurst, Kiara (Adrienne) McGilberry Sr, Brittany (Jonta) Hurst, Shermaine McGilberry, Kentarius Owens, and Kensely Dixon.
She leaves her legacy and love through her great grandchildren Shanique Thomas, Maddison Clausell,Tedaysa Hyde, Telecia Hyde, Joel Hairston, Kail Hairston, Kaleb Hairston, Pakera Hurst, Paige Hurst, Tahiry Hurst, Avontae McGilberry, Jamiah Molden, Tylen McGilberry, Kimira McGilberry, Kiara Mcgilberry Jr, Keaton McGilberry, Elijah Boose, Braiden Boose, Kyrie Hurst, Ayven Hurst, Ashton King, Essence King, Eriana Peyton, Ashlyn Kelly, Camryn Kelly, Ava Shackelford, Korbyn Rankins, Beckham Rankins and (3) great-great grandchildren.
She is survived by her chosen family, including her closest friends Gayle Hurst, Ada Joe, the late Minnie Wiley, Irma Jean Watson, and Jennifer Johnson (Ann McCall).
She was a proud and loving aunt to a host of nieces and nephews, each of whom held a special place in her heart.
