Clara Jeanette Francis, age 63, of Winchester, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025, at her residence, surrounded by her family. She was born in Sewanee, Tennessee, on December 10, 1961, to the late Arthur Moore and JoAnna (Pitts) Scott. She was a dedicated CNA who cared for others with compassion and kindness, reflecting her deep love for her family and her Lord. As a faithful member of Redemption to the Nations Church in Tullahoma, Clara's unwavering faith and joyful spirit touched everyone she met. She will be dearly missed but forever remembered for her warm heart, her unwavering devotion to her loved ones, and her commitment to her faith. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by, her stepfather, Jackson Scott; siblings, James Miller, Bobby Perkins, John Miller, Flossie Ann Francis, Arthur Moore, Jr., and William Moore; and grandson, Steve Wayne Hutto. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years. Charles Francis; children, Curtis (Erica) Francis, Okemeyia Miller, Tiny (Darion) Turner, and Maurice Walker; grandchildren, Taianna Hutto, Zoey Francis, C.J. Francis, Alyssa Francis, Nevaeh Williams, Shalom Francis, Shekinah Miller, and Ja'Marius "Mr." Walker; siblings, Betty Miller, Donnell Miller, Bill (Sandra) Miller, Carla Scott Johnson, Brenda (Albert) Ingle, Paula Allgood, Craig Scott, Debra (Eddie) Green, Sherona (Auther) Waldon, and Jackie Travis; Several nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at Watson Funeral Home from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM. Funeral services will immediately follow at 3:00 PM in the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Watson Memorial Park.
