Clara Lowe Hembree, age 85, departed this life on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at her home with her family by her side. Born on February 9, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Birdie Lowe and Isman Massengale.
In addition to her late parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 66 years William F. Hembree; grandchild Amanda Hembree; great-grandchild Dante Hembree; sisters Rose L. Lowe and Zada B. Fannon; brothers Elmer Lowe and Arochers Lowe; son-in-law Richard Canada; along with sister-in-law Denise Lowe.
She is survived by her children Sharon Canada, Dean Hembree and wife Barbara, Teresa Miller and husband Bill, Donna Lowe and husband David; stepchildren Roger Hembree and wife Gertrude, Kathy Hardin and husband Tim; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one sister Pansy Pemberton; one brother Charles Lowe; one special first cousin Pershia Newport; along with many other special nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. The family would also thank to give a special thank you to all the staff at Quality Healthcare.
Friends may visit with the Hembree family on Sunday, September 25, 2022, from 12 P.M. until 1:30 P.M. in the chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Huntsville, Tennessee. A graveside service will immediately follow at 3 P.M. in the River View Cemetery with Bros David Lowe and Bill Miller officiating.
Pallbearers will include James Dean Lowe, Egbert Hembree, Adam Lowe, Sherwood Hembree, Nick Miller, and Richard Hale. Honorary Pallbearers will include Andrew Hembree, Eli Hembree, and Daniel Hembree.
