South Hamilton, MA- Clara Laura LaRossa, 99, of Brockton, MA and Naples, FL, entered into rest Sunday, November 3rd, 2024 at home with her loving family by her side. The daughter of Raffaele and Elisabetta Raspa, she was born and raised in Brockton, MA. She graduated from Brockton High School in 1943 and the Forsyth School For Dental Hygienists in Boston, MA.
Clara was an amazing Italian cook who passed down all the Italian traditions to her family. She loved doing crossword puzzles, playing bridge, and golf, and watching Jeopardy. She and her husband Bill enjoyed traveling. There were many golf trips with their life-long friends, and they especially enjoyed visiting Italy with their children over the years.
Clara was pre-deceased by her beloved husband William F. LaRossa, with whom she shared her life for 69 years. She was the devoted mother of Diane Riva and her husband Carlos, William LaRossa and his wife Gina; cherished grandmother (NONNA) to Nicholas Riva and his wife Danielle, Christian Riva and his wife Mary Catherine, Elizabeth Riva Kansteiner and her husband Chalker, and Olivia LaRossa, loving great grandmother (BISNONNA) to Nicholas Covatta Riva, Luis Christian Riva and Ronan William Riva. Her love will live on.
