Clarence F. Stoeckley, Jr. passed away Wednesday, May 14th, 2025. He was born November 6, 1950 at Ft. Bragg to the late Clarence, Sr. and Helena Stoeckley. A born salesman, he connected with everyone he met.

In his free time, Clarence enjoyed gardening, fishing, and going on long walks. Throughout the year, you would find him avidly supporting the Terry Sanford Bulldogs (eat ‘em up dawgs!) or cheering for the UNC Tar Heels.

Clarence is survived by his wife of 45 years, Deborah, his two daughters Brandy (Steve) and Monica, his son Matthew (Adrianne), his ten grandchildren, Christopher, Brianna, Logan, Jayden, Kylie, Leo, Clementine, Lucy, Theodore, and Elliot, and one great-grandson, Madden. He also leaves behind his brother Eugene (Tammy) and sister Scheherazade.

The funeral mass will be held at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church on May 21, 2025 at 11am. Burial will be at Lafayette Memorial Park at 1pm.
