With tremendous pride and gratitude we announce that Clark Stanford Bean has successfully completed his mortal journey and joined his family and friends in the next life.
Clark was a stalwart sibling, cherished husband, loving father, doting grandfather, and faithful disciple of Jesus Christ. He loved aviation, skiing, golf, and Husky football. An avid sportsman, he loved to hunt pheasant and fish with his father, brothers and sons. He was an expert pinewood derby designer, model-airplane builder, and amateur botanist – and as a world-class tease, he infused a sense of humor into much of what he did.
Most memorable of all is how Clark loved his neighbors. He was always ready to lend a hand, give a hug, extend a loan or reserve judgement – whatever he could do to lighten another's load. His weekends were often spent helping someone do something they couldn't do alone – all without ever asking for recognition or reward.
Dad understood the meaning of life and lived it to the fullest. We were blessed to know him and even more blessed to be the recipients of his example, nurture, leadership, and love. We'll miss him terribly but look forward to a joyful reunion on the other side – because families can be together forever.
Funeral services for Clark will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 11:00 am in the Cedar Hills 10 Ward Chapel, located at 9737 North Chesterfield Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah. family and friends are welcome to attend a visitation on Tuesday morning from 9:30-10:30 am prior to services at the church.
