Predeceased by Sheila Ware, wife, Mother Ernestine Ware; Father: Paul R. Ware; Sister Evelyn Walter; Brother, Robert Ware.

Dave is survived by; Nancy Chatley, Fiance and Caregiver and her children, Jennifer Byard and Richard Hipple, who assisted in his care and Dave's daughters Tamara Colvin, Westerfield, Ohio and Tanya Prouix from Mansfield. Ohio and four grandchildren. Best Friend , Steve Mays, Delaware, Ohio and many other friends.

He was a gentle giant to family and friends.

Dave's favorite past time was riding his Harley Davidson.

He was a very proud and devoted Catholic and a great patriot and flew the American Flag 24 hrs. a day Dave served in the USAF for 4 years including Vietnam for 2 years.

The family wishes to extend their thanks and gratitude to Halifax Hospice staff for their wonderful care of Dave in his final days.

Both Dave and Sheila loved and owned several German Shepherds. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Halifax Humane Society, 2364 LPGA Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL.
