Claude Brannick Obituary
Claude was born November 1, 1944, at the Durand Train Station, in Durand, to the late Myron and Vera (Sebert) Brannick. He graduated from Clio High School with the class of 1962, and honorably served in the United States Air Force overseas in the Vietnam War. Claude retired from General Motors in 1999 and was a lifetime member of the Clio VFW Post 1492, Clio American Legion Post 158, and he was a proud volunteer for Toys 4 Tots during the Christmas season for many years. In 1970, Claude married his best friend, Sharon Barker, and together they shared 54 blissful years of marriage. Claude enjoyed traveling in his RV and spent 17 years traveling the United States with his wife. He loved his pets, and especially loved spending time in the pole barn tinkering with tractors and being outdoors tending to the lawn.
Claude is forever loved by his wife, Sharon Brannick, along with many family members and wonderful friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Myron and Vera. Please sign our guestbook or share an online condolence with the family at www.oguinnfh.com.

A group of us from the VFW & Auxiliary went out to eat. I was seated at a table with Claude and Sharon. Claude cut off a huge chunk of bread for me when it was brought out. Every time I had a few bites left he was already cutting off another chunk for me. I already miss his laugh and warm hugs.
