Claudia Dell Clem, 92, of Bradford, Ark., passed away peacefully at her home on June 23, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born to C.O. and Pearl Shirley, Claudia lived a life marked by devotion, resilience and love. She was married to the love of her life, Carl Clem, for 62 beautiful years. A woman of deep faith, Claudia was a longtime member of the Bradford Church of Christ, and faithfully served as the minister's wife, offering encouragement, hospitality and quiet strength to the congregation.
Together, they built a home, and a life filled with shared passions, including owning and managing rental properties, fishing and traveling the country in their motorhome.
Claudia worked as a successful Senior Sales Director for the Mary Kay Corporation, where she inspired and mentored many with her leadership and grace and earned the privilege of sporting the famous "pink car." She was also a talented seamstress, known for her skilled hands and caring heart.
Above all, she was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her family was her greatest joy and legacy.
She is survived by her daughter, Janet Nicholas; son, Dennis Clem and his wife Vickie; granddaughter, Chelsi Isbell and her fiancé Bryan Smith and his son Seth Smith; great-granddaughter, Abegayle Isbell, and great-granddaughter-in-law, Tressi Nicholas; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family. Her memory will live on through each of them and the love she instilled in their hearts.
Claudia is preceded in death by her parents, C.O. and Pearl Shirley; her beloved husband, Carl Clem; her siblings, James Shirley, Verna Darr and Wanda Toney; her son-in-law, Michael Nicholas; and her grandson, Marcus Shane Murphy.
A woman of strength, warmth and quiet grace, Claudia Dell Clem will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, June 29, at 3 p.m. in the Powell Funeral Home Chapel in Bradford, Ark. Visitation will be held prior to services beginning at 2 p.m. that afternoon.

Praying for your comfort and strength I loved Claudia and Carl, during their time at Bono Church of Christ, Carl married my husband and I in 1964. Claudia was a beautiful lady.
