Clayton Pitcher Obituary
Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Clayton Eugene Pitcher, age 59, of Hannah Creek Road passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh surrounded by his loving family. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 19, 2023 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks and at the home following the visitation.
Clayton was born on January 21, 1964 in Cortland, New York to the late Donald Albert and Virginia March Bierly Pitcher. He was also preceded in death by his son, Dalton Wallace. Clayton worked in fire safety and prevention. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle with family and friends. Clayton lived life to the fullest and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Billie Jo Wallace Pitcher; children, Rodney Glenn Pitcher and wife, Maria of Four Oaks, Micheal Pitcher of Four Oaks, Christopher Wallace of Maine, Paige Wallace of Four Oaks, Austin Wallace of Four Oaks, Christopher Walker of Kentucky, Elizabeth Stoner of North Carolina, Robert Kendall of Maine; nine grandchildren; sisters and brother, Helen P. Allen and husband, Donnie of Four Oaks, John Robert Pitcher and wife, Sherry of Benson, Linda Klinedinst of Pennsylvania; several nieces and nephews.

oh those crazy nights i drove you home from wherever! I absolutely adored our friendship! I don't think you ever met a stranger, and when you told someone you were their friend, it stuck! Words can't describe you accurately. I love you Billie Jo and Paige, and I cherish the time I was given to be around you and Clayton. He was stubborn, but you could never say that man had trouble making up his mind! the trouble came when we tried to change his mind lol Clayton will be missed by many. I know I will mid him. See you in the funny papers my friend

I remember growing up as a little girl I took my first steps to him and aunt Pam, from there it was like no other, I was over with them day and nights we would go to the drag strips and Tucker Lake almost every weekend when they were open, one thing that really was the best moment was when we were driving the lawnmower and crashed it in the house boy was he upset with us, many times I´ve had a blast with my uncle, many times we have sat and talk out in the garage many memories I want for get I love you uncle Clayton

Clayton was a good man, he loved his wife and family not just blood but anyone who new Clayton Pitcher became family. He´ll be loved and missed.
