Cleo R. Stubbs of Harrisburg, PA was tragically taken away from us on the early morning of Saturday, June 24th, 2023. Cleo was 20 years old and born and raised in Harrisburg, raised by his grandmother Rev. Joann D. Ramsey-Powell. He was predeceased by his great-grandparents; Sadie, Gregory, and Aunt Tomicka.
Cleo attended the Harrisburg School District, he did some home schooling and later graduated from Central Dauphin East High School. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, playing cards, playing basketball and he loved playing the Playstation, NBA 2K was his favorite game. Cleo also loved listening to all kinds of music.
Cleo always enjoyed helping the neighbors around the neighborhood especially when they needed something. He would give to the homeless and shelter anyone who needed it, even at the cost of getting into trouble from his grandma. Cleo was a kind person and would give his last dime to anyone who needed it, he will be truly missed.
Cleo is survived by his mother, Gwendolyn Stubbs, his sisters Gwendolyn Terry, Jaynee Stubbs, and Jayla Stubbs, his brother Miami, his cousins, Malikk, Mikey, Mahki, Sadie, Rah-Rah, Marques, Andre, and Givanni, he also leaves a host of other relatives including all the Stubbs, Powells, Eastons, Merediths, Fosters, Brittons, Williams and the Turners, as well as his friends and neighbors.
