Clifford M. Bickham Jr.

Clifford Melvin Bickham, Jr., a native of Monticello, NY, was the first child born to the late Deacon Clifford Bickham, Sr. and the late Ruth Walker Bickham, on September 13, 1954. He departed this life on April 17, 2025, at the age of 70.
Clifford Jr. attended the Monticello Central School District and proudly served in the United States Navy. He was baptized at a young age at Bethlehem Temple.
His journey in life was shared with his late wife, Marshelle Kelly, with whom he had four children. After experiencing this profound loss, he found love again with his late wife, Arlene Bickham. He found joy in what he considered the simple things of life and his hobbies included spending hours collecting cans and scrap metal. One of his passions was diligently picking up litter from the streets, to create a more vibrant environment for all to enjoy. Those who crossed paths with Clifford, Jr. will remember him for his smile and entertaining conversations. A familiar face in the community, Clifford, Jr. could often be seen walking his favorite route along Broadway. He had an uncanny ability to spot you coming from afar and he would stand still, beaming with his unmistakable smile and enthusiastic wave, both a symbol of his friendly spirit and genuine connection to the community he lived in.
Left to cherish Clifford Jr.'s memories are his four children, Stephanie Pinckney (Herbert) of Daytona Beach, FL, Tayna Marie Bickham and Clifford Melvin Bickham III, both of Ladson, SC, and Everlina Mostella Bickham of Chesterfield, SC; his brothers, John (Samantha) Bickham of Monticello, NY; Willis (Yvette) Bickham and Irwin Bickham of Rochester, NY; Glen (Rose) Bickham, Sr. and Aaron Bickham of Severn, MD; Ralph Bickham of Glen Burnie, MD; Chris Bickham of Loch Sheldrake, NY; his adopted brother/nephew, Glen (Sham) Bickham, Jr., of Rochester, NY; and two sisters, Vera (Joey) Bickham and Angenette Bickham of Monticello, NY. Also left to cherish his life and memories are his 18 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Clifford Jr. was predeceased by his parents, his wives, and two brothers, Charlie Bickham and Dennis Bickham.
