It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Clifford "Cliff" Gerald Cochran, a beloved member of the community, on November 9, 2024. Born on March 2, 1962, in Cartersville, Georgia, Clifford was a dedicated father and husband who dearly loved his family.
Cliff was a man of simple tastes and extraordinary skills. Besides his dedication to his work, Cliff found joy in the thrill of deer hunting, fighting chickens, and playing poker. He was an avid lover of nature, finding solace in the beauty of the outdoors. Above all, he cherished spending time with his family, especially his beloved wife, Polly Cochran, and his daughters.
Cliff is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Gerald Cochran and Glinda Faye Douglass.
Cliff is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Polly Cochran; two daughters, Heather Lyne (Dylan) Cochran Turner and Madison Bailey Cochran; brother, Chad Cochran; sister, Angel Cochran and Jamie Hall; nephew Chris Cochran, and a community of friends who were touched by his kindness and work ethic.
The family will receive friends and loved ones at Clark Funeral Home on Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
A Memorial Service will immediately follow at 2:00 PM at Sam Clark Chapel with Rev. Todd Tibbitts officiating.
Clark Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the services for Mr. Clifford Gerald Cochran.
