Tony Fleming, a beloved father, grandfather, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 15, 2025, at the age of 73. Born on January 14, 1952, Tony was the son of the late Odell and Elsie Fleming
After graduating from high school, Tony embarked on a rewarding career in the airline industry, where he made his mark as a maintenance professional with Eastern Airlines and later AirTran Airlines. His commitment to excellence and passion for his work earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues.
Tony's interests extended well beyond the world of aviation. A naturalist at heart, he found immense joy in fishing and spending time on the lake, where he often took boat rides that brought him peace and fulfillment. He also dedicated time to serving with the court system in Fulton County.
He leaves behind a legacy of love and strength, survived by his son, Todd Fleming, and wife Aimee, and his treasured grandchildren-Marshall, Mackenzie, and Mason Fleming. Each of them carries forward the values and lessons Tony imparted, and they will forever hold his memory close to their hearts. In addition to his parents, Tony was preceded in death by his wife and Todd's mother, Susan Browning Fleming.
In reflection of his life, a Memorial Service will be held at the Sam Clark Chapel on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 2:00 pm, providing family and friends an opportunity to celebrate his remarkable journey. Before the service, a visitation will be held at Clark Funeral Home beginning at 12:00 pm. In lieu of customary remembrances, donations may be made in memory of Tony to the Alzheimer's Association at www.donorservices.alz.org.
Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.samclarkfuneralhome.com. Clark Funeral Home is honored to assist the Fleming family during this time.
