Born on September 15, 1940, he was the son of the late Josephine and Clifford H. Dell.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Jeannette M. Dell; 3 step sons, Mark, Michael, and Carl; sister, Melsine Dell; brother, Tom Mueller; also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.
Clifford loved his family, the one thing he looked forward to every year, was the annual family picnic. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A burial will take place at The National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Cliff's name to The Crazy Horse Memorial, 12151 Avenue of the Chiefs, Crazy Horse, SD 57730-8900.
