Clifford W. Isaacson

Clifford Wayne Isaacson, 84, passed away on November 25, 2025, in Port Edwards, Wisconsin.

Born on July 18, 1941, Clifford graduated from Joliet High School in Joliet, Illinois. He began his career at Kline's Department Store, where he worked for 34 years. Starting as a stockboy, he rose through the ranks to become store manager, a testament to his dedication and loyalty. After Kline's closed, Clifford continued his hardworking legacy at the mills in Wisconsin Rapids and Port Edwards until retiring at the age of 72.

Clifford proudly served in the U.S. Army for two years. Known for his kind and generous nature, he found joy in simple pleasures-fishing, bowling, golfing, gardening, and caring for his lawn. He loved and cherished his family.

He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 53 years, Karen; daughters Amy (Jason) and Lori (Tom); sons Richard (Tara) and Chuck (Brenda); eight grandchildren; and sisters Sylvia (Barry) and Lyn (Al). He was preceded in death by his parents, Olive and Clifford B. Isaacson.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 2201 Chestnut St., Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494. Visitation will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., with the service to follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Port Edwards Education Foundation.

Clifford's memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
