Clifford Michael Coble “Mike”, 63. Born in Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on his birthday September 16, 2025, at home surrounded by family. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Michael lived a life filled with love, kindness, and steady devotion.
Michael shared 19 wonderful years of marriage with his wife, Laura Jean Coble, building a life full of laughter and love. Michael proudly raised Blake and helped with his brothers (David L Miller Jr., Jacob Zachary Miller) and to them he was nothing less than a true father. His guidance, care, and presence shaped their lives in lasting ways.
He cherished his role as “Papaw,” showering his grandchildren (Sarah prater, Morgan, Maddie, Logan Miller) with love, and found joy in time spent outdoors fishing with close friends. A loyal fan of the Louisville Cardinals, he rarely missed a chance to cheer them on.
Michael will be remembered for his big heart, his steady presence, and the love he gave so freely. Though the world is dimmer without him, his spirit lives on in the family and friends who were blessed to know him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Emory Coble and Florence Yingst, as well as his siblings Gene, Dale, Claude, Martha, and Sissy Coble, who await his arrival in eternal peace. Their memories live on through the love that Michael shared with everyone he met.
Visitation will be held at Maraman Billings Funeral Home in Shepherdsville, Kentucky, on September 21, 2025, from 1:30 to 5:00 PM, with a service at 5:00 PM.
