Clifford L. Partin Sr.

Clifford L. Partin Sr., 91, of Oakdale, South Fayette Township, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 21, 2025 in his home.
Clifford was born on October 13, 1934 in Oakdale, a son of the late Walter "Frosty and Mary (Hribar) Partin.
Cliff was a retired Supervisor for Allegheny County. He also was a proud United States Marine Veteran. Mr. Partin loved his country so much and was so proud to be a part of not only the United States Marine Corps., but also his little town of Oakdale. Cliff never missed an Oakdale event, every parade, Fourth of July festival, Cliff was going to be there. Cliff was a lifelong member of the Oakdale Hose Company. Being born and raised in Oakdale, Cliff knew everyone. If he was not related to them, he was friends with them. He loved the town, the people in it and the lifelong friendships too.
In his little home in Oakdale Cliff had his immaculate garden. It truly was pristine and always fruitful. Being outdoors was something that Cliff enjoyed the most, whether gardening, hunting, camping or arrow head hunting. He was always on the move and roaming around the woods on some adventure. Cliff was a member of the West Land Sportsman's Club in McDonald, SNPJ Lodge 106 in Imperial and also a part of the Wild Game Feast group which was filled with all of his buddies.
Surviving is his loving wife, Norreen Paulian Partin of 67 years, children, Clifford Partin Jr. and Debra (Dr. James) Alonzo, grandchildren, Damien and Alexa (Zack) Partin Laubscher, siblings, Virginia Manvis, Gertrude Hlavay Dolores Abner and Walter Partin Jr., daughter-in-law, Rachel (Steve) Partin-Simone, step-grandson, Matthew Simone and step-granddaughter, Brooklyn Zielinski.
Along with his parents, Cliff is preceded in death by his sons, William D. Partin and Michael P. Partin, and siblings, Robert "Bob" Partin, Betty Mae Parin, Shirley Gibson and Eugene Partin.
Friends and family will be received on Sunday, November 30, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc. and Crematory, 5000 Noblestown Rd., Oakdale (724-693-2800). A Service will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025 at Noon in the funeral home. Interment with full Military Honors will be held following the service at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Oakdale Hose Co. in memory of Clifford.
