Clifton Lamar Frazier

Clifton Lamar Frazier, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 79. He was a native of Independence, Louisiana and a resident of Walker, Louisiana. He was a proud Vietnam War Veteran and member of the Post #68 Amvets. Clifton was known for his warm smile, generous heart, and unwavering devotion to those he loved. Clifton was a faithful member of Trinity Lutheran Church. A man strong in his convictions, Clifton lived with quiet integrity, leading by example and offering kindness to everyone he met. He found great joy in life's simple pleasures whether it be fishing at his favorite spots, tending to his vegetable garden, and cheering on his LSU Tigers every fall. Clifton especially cherished the early morning hours spent at the local country store, where he would sit with friends, sip coffee, and talk about life, family, and make sure every kid who came through had something to eat for breakfast. Above all, Clifton's greatest devotion was to his children. He dedicated his life to raising them with love, wisdom, and laughter, ensuring they always knew how deeply they were cared for. Clifton had a gift for conversation and a way of making people feel seen and valued. Whether it was a quick chat at the store or a long visit with family, his presence was always comforting, his words always sincere.
Clifton is survived by his children, Kenzia Frazier Wilson (Lonny), Bedford Lamar Frazier, and Micah Kyle Frazier (Maria); brother, James Frazier (Glenda); grandchildren, Kyle Anthony Wilson (Kayla), Wyatt Reed Wilson, Bethany Wilson Boeneke (Nicholas), Kate Mae Wilson, Braxton Lamar Frazier, and Anna Marie Frazier; and great-grandchildren, Sophie Pearl Wilson and Jade Nicole Wilson.
Clifton is preceded in death by his parents, Claude Lawrence Frazier and Irma Lee Golmon; and siblings, Emma Brewer, Margot Danos, Hulon Frazier, Thelma Laboyteaux, Vernon Frazier, and Roy Frazier.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a visitation at the chapel of Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home 7738 Florida Blvd. Denham Springs, LA 70726, on Friday, October 17, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The visitation will resume on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Elijah Justin Robert Cemetery in Osyka, Mississippi.
