Clint Robert Barnes

Clint Robert Barnes, born July 18, 1968 in Manhattan, New York to Robert Barnes and Constance Jackson Barnes Cole, joined his Lord and Savior on August 3, 2023.
After Clint graduated from San Marcos High School, he returned to his childhood home to attend college at San Diego State. He completed his degree in public relations at Southwest Texas State University.
Clint met his wife, Debby, in 1985 in San Marcos, TX. They reunited in 2011 and married in June of 2012. They were married for 12 amazing years.
Clint loved baseball. He briefly played during his time at San Diego State and was active with his son's little league team. He was a dedicated father to his son, Zach. In addition to little league, Clint volunteered much of his time with Zach's Boy Scouts troop.
His large, diverse group of friends was something Clint loved most. He was truly a social butterfly. Whether it was a party, office gathering or just happy hour at one of his favorite places, you would always find Clint working the room telling stories and jokes to any that would listen. He had a quirky sense of humor that kept all who knew him amused. Clint could make friends with any and everyone - it didn't matter what you looked like, where you were from, or your background. All of his friends were like family to him.
Clint is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Barnes and Constance Jackson Barnes Cole.
Clint is survived by his devoted wife, Debby, and his loving son, Zach. He is also survived by his two step-daughters, step-father, step-mother, sister and niece.
