Clinton Henry Carter, age 91, of Picayune, MS, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2024.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 11:00 am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 7, 2024 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Father Bernard Papania will officiate the service.
A native of Picayune, MS, he was a retired Superintendent for Utility Steel and a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Carter; parents, Willie Alton Carter and Virginia Rebecca Smith.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Anita Marie Grimes and wife Ourelia Manchester; sons, Steve Allen Carter and wife Debbie and Michael J. Carter and wife Debbie; brothers, Curtis L. Carter and Calvin W. Carter; grandchildren, Darin, Chris, Jennifer, Susan; Michelle and Nicole; great grandchildren, Logan and Emma; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; niece, Dianne Carter; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at South Mississippi Home Care and Senior Helpers with a special thank you to Victoria Carr.
