Funeral Services for Robin Leshele Blackmon Hughes, age 53, of Picayune, MS, who passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2025, will be held Monday, July 21, 2025, at 12:00 pm at Union Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Monday, July 21, 2025 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Union Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Pearson Family Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Bro. Buddy Sheriff will officiate the service.
A native of Caesar, MS, Robin was a loving soul whose smile was infectious and calming to anyone who experienced it. Anyone who knew her, loved her and knows just how special she truly was. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, Nana, daughter and friend who will be sorely missed.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Glen Blackmon; son, Tyler Scott Murphy; sister, Kelli Blackmon Fleming; niece, Hayley Fleming; paternal grandparents, Blue and Minnie Blackmon; maternal grandparents, Pat and Rose Lee; mother in laws, Sally Marie Hughes and Carol Wilson.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted husband, Kevin Michael Hughes; mother, Peggy Lee Blackmon; son, Kamron (Katie) Murphy; brother, Bo (Jenny) Blackmon; grandchildren, Levi Glen Beebe, Bracey Murphy, Case Murphy, Knox Murphy, Kami Rose Murphy, and Kennedy Murphy; brother in law, Lavon Fleming; numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous friends who are mostly considered family.
