Cody Tyler Dailey,27 of Indiana, died Sunday, April 16, 2023, at the Indiana Regional Medical Center. Born in Indiana, October 2, 1995, he was a son of William A. Dailey and Jamie L. (Lentz) Dailey of Indiana. Cody graduated from Indiana Area High School in 2014.
He was formerly involved in the Miracle League of Indiana County. Cody was a beloved son, brother and uncle who would light up any room he entered. No matter where he went, people were always happy when Cody was around. Many knew him as "Casanova Cody" because he was such a "ladies" man.
In addition to his parents, Cody is remembered by his sister, Autumn Groce (Irvin), Lebanon, PA; and brother, Dallas Dailey, Indiana. Other survivors include: great grandmother, Edna Lentz; uncle, Aaron Lentz (Tammy), uncle Patrick Dailey; aunt, Mary Ann Ananea (Jesse); nieces, Isabelle Nastase, Carla Dailey, Hallie Keefer and other cousins.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Marni Lentz and infant sister, Crystal. Other preceded family members are his: paternal grandparents, Tom and Mae Dailey; maternal grandparents, Dana and Susan Lentz; and great grandmother, Alice Longwill. He was also preceded by many aunts and uncles.
Friends will be received Thursday, April 20th, from 5-7 p.m. at the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home & Crematory of Indiana, 965 Philadelphia St. His funeral will begin at 7 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor John Sykes.
