Colleen Anne Atwood Lanci

Colleen Anne Atwood Lanci, age 57, of Asheboro passed away June 11, 2024 at Randolph Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born January 29, 1967 in New Haven, Connecticut the daughter of Sharon Mears Atwood and the late Harold Atwood. She is also preceded in death by a grandson, Dominic Lanci. Colleen enjoyed being a homemaker and caring for her family. She loved her dogs, playing video games and spending peacefully moments on her front porch. Holidays were dear to her heart, decorating the home and spending time with family. Left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband of 39 years, Anthony Lanci; children, Steven Lanci, Ashley Lanci, Timothy Lanci, Matthew Lanci, Justin Lanci and Alyssa Lanci; grandchildren, Brianna, Mackenzie, Sabrina, Annaleese, Saralynn, Rilee, Angelino and Christian; brother, Harold Atwood Jr.; and numerous other beloved family and friends. A memorial service will be held 5 PM Friday, June 21, 2024 at Midstate Cremation & Funeral Service, 304 Lanier Avenue, Asheboro, NC 27203.
