We moved to Elk City, Oklahoma where I taught third grade. After school in the summer I earned my masters degree. Albert worked at the Shell Oil Plant and was taking all the classes Shell had to offer and one called I.C.S.In December of 1965 Shell sent us to Sidney, Montana, in 40 degree below-to zero degree weather. We lived in Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and then Houston, three times.

Albert worked in the Western Division Shell. In 1979 he was promoted to Division Operator which included most of the U.S for Shell Oil Company. He in 1989 was offered early retirement.
