Concetta "Tina" Mucci, 78, of Plainfield, passed away in her home on August 3, 2025. She was born on October 1, 1946 in Naples, Italy to the late Ciro and Maria (Attanasio) Grassano. Tina was married to Antonio Mucci and moved to America in 1970. She was a talented seamstress and owned Tina's Alterations for over 12 years. Tina enjoyed her family, cooking and visiting the casinos. She is preceded in death by her husband, of 50 years, Antonio Mucci; son, Ciro Mucci; several brothers and sisters. A private graveside service will be for the children and grandchildren per Tina's request. Survivors include her daughter, Val (Eddie) Hertel; son, Gino (Lori) Mucci; 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to a Parkinson's or Cancer charity of your choice. A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
